Initial Phone Consult
During the phone consultation, we will dive into the details of your project and what you envision for your space.
Once we have talked about your scope of work, we will schedule a time to do an in-house design consultation. There is a $500 cost for the design that goes towards the total cost of your project when you move forward with us.
We’ll understand your vision, set a realistic budget, and align with you on your renovation journey.
In-Home Consult
For those that demand the best, our site consultation, offers a personalized, high-level approached, bringing your vision to life starting at $500, pricing is Taylor to the scale and sophistication of your project will assess your space, discuss your aspirations in detail, and craft a plan that reflects your unique style and expectations. Our in-house designer will guide you through selecting only the finest materials and products, ensuring an extraordinary results that exudes, luxury, quality and distinction, let’s create something truly exceptional.
We will present and review the finalized estimate in depth to ensure you are comfortable with each aspect. Once we are on the same page, we will sign it together.
Plan + Design
After the approval of the Design Proposal, we proceed with the execution of a Preconstruction and Design Services Agreement. Throughout this design phase, we delve into the potential of your space, generating floor plans, elevations, and mood boards showcasing design elements and fixtures.
Our team meticulously crafts a 3D rendering of your envisioned space, providing you with a clear visualization of the final outcome. Design is an iterative process and a pivotal stage of the project. We dedicate ample time to collaborate closely with you and our esteemed network of partners.
Build + Manage
Once every detail is in place, we will start working on your project. After this, it’s time to obtain permits and start the construction work! Throughout the Build phase, we will adhere to a schedule that we have communicated and approved, ensuring our presence in your home at designated times.
After everything is clean and perfect, we will do a final walkthrough with you to reveal your new space and ensure that it exceeds your expectations. If there is anything that you would like us to touch up before we leave, we will do it during this time. We’ll keep you updated and in the loop with every change happening in your home.
