In-Home Consult
For those who demand the best, our site consultation offers a personalized, high-level approach to bringing your vision to life. Starting at $500, pricing is tailored to the scale and sophistication of your project.
During this consultation, we’ll assess your space, dive deep into your aspirations, and craft a plan that reflects your unique style and expectations. Our in-house designer will guide you through selecting only the finest materials and products, ensuring an extraordinary result that embodies luxury, quality, and distinction.
Once your detailed estimate is finalized, we’ll review every aspect together to ensure complete confidence in the plan. When everything aligns, we’ll sign the agreement and take the next step toward creating something truly exceptional.
We will present and review the finalized estimate in depth to ensure you are comfortable with each aspect. Once we are on the same page, we will sign it together.
Plan + Design
Once the Design Proposal is approved, we move forward with a Pre construction and Design Services Agreement, marking the official start of your design journey.
During this phase, we unlock the full potential of your space, creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and curated mood boards that showcase key design elements and fixtures. Our team meticulously develops 3D renderings, allowing you to visualize your transformed space with clarity and confidence.
Design is an iterative and crucial part of the process. We take the time to refine every detail, collaborating closely with you and our trusted network of expert partners. To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, our in-house designer personally accompanies you to our favorite showrooms, guiding you in selecting the finest materials that will bring your vision to life.
The Peace of Mind Process – Setting a New Standard
This step is what sets us apart from traditional contractors. Once all materials are selected, we host a Trades Day at your home, where each of our trusted trade partners walks the job site with us. This ensures they fully understand every detail of your project, allowing us to provide you with an exact, upfront estimate—no guesswork, no surprises.
With our Peace of Mind Process, you can move forward with confidence, knowing you won’t be hit with unexpected change orders. The only exceptions? If you decide to make a change (which happens occasionally) or if we uncover something truly unexpected—like Jimmy Hoffa in the walls. Otherwise, everything is accounted for, giving you a 100% price guarantee and complete peace of mind.

Final Step: Build + Manage
With every detail in place, it’s time to bring your vision to life. We’ll begin by securing the necessary materials before seamlessly transitioning into the construction phase.
Throughout the Build phase, we adhere to a meticulously planned and approved schedule, ensuring a smooth process with clear communication. Our team will be present at designated times, keeping you informed every step of the way.
We will be working directly from the approved renderings, ensuring every element aligns perfectly with your vision. This guarantees a seamless transformation from concept to reality, with no surprises along the way.
Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to unveil your new space and ensure every detail meets—or exceeds—your expectations. If any final touch-ups are needed, we’ll take care of them before we leave.
